Harmonize your inner rhythms with the outer rhythms of the natural world. Celebration of Rhythms retreats occur with the turning of each season.

Autumn reflects finishing up, harvesting what you've worked towards, letting go to make space for the new, & celebrating.

Yoga at the Patch is here!

Join us for Yoga at the Patch during The Nunnikhoven Farm Harvest Fest!

Begin your crisp, Fall weekend with a 60-75 minute grounding yoga practice to slow racing thoughts and reconnect with your inner peace. Following practice, enjoy a FREE latte as you stroll through pumpkins to decorate your doorstep.

Bring a towel, blanket, or yoga mat, a water bottle and your creative imagination. We look forward to helping you harvest the best parts of yourself and bring them forth for others to experience.

Of course, we have plenty of opportunities for you to join us around town and reconnect and center yourself as we ground into the season of Fall. Yoga in the Park is still taking place on September 14th & 28th and will be held at Veteran's Park in Knoxville under the turning leaves of the mature trees.

In honor of our 10 years of business, I'll be planting a tree on the Knoxville Hospital and Clinic grounds along the Competine Trail, growing roots and sustainability for the future, and I'd love to have you join in the celebration so I'll let you know what that date is solidified🌳
